Hi, I’m Henry Graves, founder of LaxCoach AI and a former Division 1 lacrosse player.

Lacrosse has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Playing at the highest level taught me so much — not just about competing, but about how important good fundamentals and consistent feedback are to getting better.
